Digital Story-Telling and Outdoor Guiding System in oHA - 6 questions to Truls Torblaa, Project Manager AURORAL - Horizon2020 EU Project for Hålogaland region

Within the H2020 project AURORAL and the collaboration with the Norwegian pilot Hålogaland, managed by Narvik Kommune, Futurum AS, and Smart Innovation Norway, the web app and digital platform oHA was used to integrate a regional digital story-telling and outdoor guiding system for tourists. This offers new adventures and experiences in the region for tourists and citizens, such as

  • Live navigation and story-telling tours with oHA
  • Discovering hidden or public stories during a tour about the culture and history
  • Learning more about the destination and region and it`s evolving
  • Voluntarily donations to the maintenance of local attractions and so support of local destination management
